VT-49 Decimator

So, rebuilt the Decimator in 100ppm. Decided to scale it according to what's visible and works rather than what's shown in SW:G, because, SW:G is kinda forced to have HUGE amounts of internal space because the collision detection was absolutely feeble. This then is scaled down to thirty meters, and is constructed with a mind for looking Imperial, and usable.

One of the less pleasing things is the upper dome level, well, difficult to populate rationally, so, I chose to just, favour the more open plan designs imperials seem to like.
